About The Workshop

Veerangana Awanti Bai Lodhi Autonomous State Medical College, Etah and Science Tech Institute is organizing One week online National Workshop on Statistical Methods in Biomedical Research. This course is intended to introduce principles of Biostatistics to researchers in area of medical and life sciences. Emphasis of course is to illustrate applications of statistical methods for experimental data using SPSS software. At the end, participants would be able to apply appropriate statistical procedures for the analysis of data and its interpretation.

General Objective-

The course will explain the fundamental concepts of Statistical Methods in Biomedical Research

. It will be delivered through video lectures and reading materials.

Methodology-

The methodology of the course will comprise of:

Online lecture
Participatory discussion
Demonstrations
Problem solving (exercises and data analysis in each sessions).
